FAQ

What is Holidaze at GreenStreet?

Holidaze is a new seasonal installation at GreenStreet in Downtown Houston — where festive fun meets a little mischief. Across three floors, guests will encounter larger-than-life photo ops, immersive décor, and three themed pop-up bars serving cocktails that might land you on the Naughty List.

Where is it located?

📍 GreenStreet Houston
1201 Fannin Street, Downtown Houston
Follow the Holidaze trail of signage and floor graphics throughout the property — start at street level near House of Blues and climb your way to the top of the Naughty List.

How do I experience it?

Explore all three floors and take photos along the way:

  1. “Get In Losers, We’re Going Sleighing” — a disco sleigh moment on Floor 1.
  2. “Resting Grinch Face” — mirror selfie wall on Floor 2.
  3. “Elf Around & Find Out” — candy-cane jail and mugshot moment on Floor 3.
  4. End your journey upstairs with cocktails at the themed bars.
Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are recommended for the pop-up bars to ensure entry and seating but you can explore the Holidaze photo ops anytime.

  • Each bar operates its own reservation system — check the links on greenstreethouston.com/holidaze.
  • Reservations are suggested but not required. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
What are the bar themes and hours?

🍸 Tinsel & Tonic — Sparkle, sequins, and piano vibes (at Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar)
🍷 Hard Nog Life — Dive-bar holiday grunge (at 810 Billiards & Bowling)
🥂 Santa After Hours — Velvet-clad disco energy (at Foundation Room, House of Blues)
Hours vary by venue but generally run Thurs–Sat evenings, with select holiday pop-up dates posted online. Check the reservation website for each bar’s exact hours and reservation link.

Is there an admission fee?

No — entry to explore the Holidaze photo moments is free. Food and drinks are available for purchase at the bars.

Pete’s Piano Bar Cover Charges:
Wednesday & Thursday: No cover
Friday: $12 + tax
Saturday: $15 + tax

Is it family-friendly?

Yes and no. The photo installations are open to all ages during the day, but the pop-up bars are 21+ after 5 p.m.

Where do I park?

Paid parking is available in the GreenStreet garage and surrounding Downtown garages. Rideshare drop-off is encouraged — just search “GreenStreet Houston.”

How long does it take to experience Holidaze?

Plan for about 30 minutes to explore all three floors and an hour or more if you plan to visit the bars.
